Product

The Hygea Spinner uses centrifugal force and water agitation to clean produce. Place your fruits or vegetables in the inner basket, fill the bowl with water, and simply press the button to start spinning.

The spinning creates a powerful vortex that lifts dirt, wax, and surface residue from every surface of your produce.

Yes. The mechanical action of the spinning vortex agitates water across every surface of your produce, while the integrated soft-touch brushes gently sweep away stubborn dirt, wax, and debris from crevices and textured areas that hands typically miss.

While we don't make medical or health claims, the visible difference in the wash water speaks for itself.

Absolutely. After washing, simply lift the inner basket to drain the water, then spin again without water to dry your fruits or greens.

It functions as both a produce washer and a salad spinner.

The Hygea FreshSpin Pro is built with high-quality materials selected for durability and kitchen performance:

  • Battery & Power: It contains a 1500 mAh lithium battery and charges via a standard USB-C port.
  • Brushing System: Features integrated soft-touch brushes designed to agitate dirt and debris from your produce.

Yes! The soft nylon brushes are designed to thoroughly clean without scratching or damaging fruits and vegetables. It works great for grapes, berries, cherry tomatoes, small vegetables, and even shellfish.

Yes. The upgraded Fresh Spin™ features a built-in 1500 mAh lithium battery, making it more powerful and easier to use than manual models. It is fully rechargeable via a USB-C cable and takes approximately two hours to reach a full charge.

On a full charge, the Fresh Spin™ can run continuously for up to 90 minutes.

The device features a split design for easy disassembly. Simply rinse the components with water after use and allow them to air dry.

  • Materials: Built with high-quality, BPA-free PP and PET plastics, featuring a 304 stainless steel brush slot designed to resist rust.
  • Important: The FreshSpin™ Pro is not dishwasher safe. Hand wash only. While the unit is waterproof and splash-proof, do not submerge the motor housing entirely.

The Fresh Spin™ has a generous 5-liter capacity, allowing you to wash large batches of produce at once.

  • Dimensions: 30 cm × 30 cm × 20 cm (Approx. 11.8" × 11.8" × 7.9").

The device offers a "Modern Minimalist" design with simple one-button operation. You can choose between two speeds (700 RPM and 900 RPM) depending on the delicacy of your produce.

  • Pro Tip: We recommend using the FreshSpin™ Pro for smaller items like cherries or strawberries. If a piece of produce gets stuck in the brushes, simply turn the machine off and remove the item.

The FreshSpin™ Pro does not have an automatic shut-off timer. We recommend monitoring your produce and manually turning the device off once you are satisfied with the cleanliness of your items.

If the indicator light next to the power button appears slightly off-center, this is a simple mechanical misalignment of the internal circuit board. You can easily adjust this yourself:

  1. Unscrew the screws on the back of the motor housing.
  2. Gently realign the circuit board with the light opening.
  3. Reattach and tighten the screws.

Orders & Payments

Due to our fast processing times, you must request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order by emailing hygeasystems@gmail.com. All requests after this time will be denied.

Please note that adjustments are only possible if the fulfillment process for your order has not commenced yet.

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal through our encrypted checkout process.

Shipping & Delivery

Yes, we ship worldwide. We primarily serve customers in Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union, and Australia.

We ship from our global fulfillment network to ensure efficient delivery to your location.

Shipping typically takes 1–4 weeks depending on your location.

Orders to North America generally arrive within 1–3 weeks.

European and Australian orders may take 2–4 weeks.

During peak seasons or holidays, delivery may take slightly longer. Please allow extra time during these periods.

Rest assured, you'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all orders! Remote or rural areas may occasionally incur a small surcharge, which will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after processing. Please note that we don't process or ship orders on weekends.

If tracking shows "Delivered" but you cannot locate your package, you must provide a non-delivery certification from your local post office with an official seal to initiate a claim. If you don't receive your order within 30 days after the shipping date (and tracking does not show delivery), please contact us at hygeasystems@gmail.com.

Our prices include estimated import duties and taxes factored in for your convenience. However, in rare cases, your local customs office may assess additional unexpected fees that were not covered in our pricing. These additional charges, if any, are determined by your local customs office and would be your responsibility. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. For details on your country's import policies, please contact your local customs office.

Returns & Refunds

For EU Customers: You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive your order. You may return items for any reason within this period. Items must be in original, unused condition. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product is defective. For manufacturing defects, your statutory rights remain valid according to EU consumer law.

For Non-EU Customers: Returns/Refunds are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. You must report any such issues within 48 hours of delivery. Items must be in the same condition as received — with tags and in original packaging. You will need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately via our Resolution Form with your order number and photo/video evidence. We'll review your case and arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Please submit a request through our Resolution Form to receive return authorization and instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and verify your return or approve your refund request.

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Personal care or hygiene items
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Items purchased during clearance sales
  • Products damaged due to user error (wrong size/color ordered, incorrect shipping address provided by customer)

Non-EU Customers: You must report any damage, defects, or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery via our Resolution Form. Please provide clear photos (or video for electronics) of the product and shipping label.

EU Customers: For manufacturing defects, your statutory rights remain valid according to EU consumer law. Please report any issues immediately via the Resolution Form.

We do not offer refunds for minor packaging damage or slight aesthetic imperfections that do not affect functionality.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10-15 business days after our logistics team has verified the provided documentation or received your returned item.

If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank. Please contact your bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

If you haven't received a credit for your return yet:

  • Check with your bank/credit card company — it may take time before the refund posts to your account
  • Contact us at hygeasystems@gmail.com if it's been more than 15 business days
