Shipping Coverage
We ship worldwide, with primary service to customers in:

- United States
- United Kingdom
- European Union
- Australia

Processing & Delivery Times
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after processing. Please note that we don't process or ship orders on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
Delivery Timeframes
Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 1-4 weeks depending on your location and local postal service efficiency.
During peak seasons (holidays, major sales events), delivery may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience during these busy periods.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. This allows you to monitor your package's journey to your doorstep.
Please allow 24-48 hours after receiving your tracking number for the information to appear in the carrier's system.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — keep an eye on our homepage and subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated on special offers.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Our prices include estimated import duties and taxes factored in for your convenience. However, in rare cases, your local customs office may assess additional unexpected fees that were not covered in our pricing.
Important: Any additional customs charges, if assessed, are determined by your local customs office and are the customer's responsibility. Hygea Systems cannot predict or control these additional fees.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. For details on your country's specific import policies, please contact your local customs office.
Delivery Issues
Non-Delivery
If tracking shows "Delivered" but you cannot locate your package:
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Verify the delivery address on your order confirmation
- Contact your local post office
If the package still cannot be located, you must provide a non-delivery certification from your local post office with an official seal to initiate a claim with us.
Delayed Shipments
If you don't receive your order within 30 days after the shipping date (and tracking does not show delivery), please contact us at hygeasystems@gmail.com or submit a request through our Resolution Form.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please:
- Take photos of the damaged packaging immediately
- Inspect the product inside
- Submit a damage claim within 48 hours via our Resolution Form with photos of both the packaging and any damaged items
Shipping Restrictions
We cannot ship to:
- P.O. boxes in certain regions (check at checkout)
- Military APO/FPO addresses (contact us for special arrangements)
- Regions with active shipping embargoes or restrictions
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Due to our fast-processing times, you must request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order by emailing hygeasystems@gmail.com.
All requests after this time will be denied, as your order will likely already be in the shipping process.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. We recommend:
- Providing a secure delivery location
- Using signature confirmation if available in your area
- Installing security cameras or package lockboxes
Hygea Systems is not liable for packages stolen after successful delivery.
International Shipping Notes
Address Format: Please ensure your address is written in English or includes an English translation to avoid delivery issues.
Contact Information: Provide a valid phone number and email address. Carriers may need to contact you for delivery coordination.
Remote Areas: Deliveries to remote or rural locations may experience longer transit times.
